To lodge a return, contact our customer service team. The team will assess your request and provide you with the necessary steps. Once done, your refund will be processed, and funds will be returned to the original payment method used to make your purchase.
If you paid for delivery, the delivery fee will be fully refunded as well.
Please note: If you purchased through a third-party payment option such as PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or Ecosa Finance, refunds can only be processed via the original payment account. If you have closed your account prior to the refund, you will be required to reactivate the account to obtain your funds. Ecosa is unable to process refunds to any other sources on orders made with a third-party payment platform.
