At Ecosa, we want you to feel completely happy with your cot mattress purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied within the first 100 nights, you can return it for a full refund. We recommend giving it at least 14 nights to let your baby adjust to the new mattress. If you're still not happy after this time, just let us know within 100 nights of delivery to start the return process.
We want to assure you that we won't resell used cot mattresses. Instead, we'll donate your mattress to charity to help those in need. Once you request a return, we'll organise a pick-up from one of our partner charities, which may take up to 10 business days or more and will be scheduled during business hours.
Please keep in mind that mattresses with mould, stains, or damage from poor care aren’t eligible for return or replacement.
We offer one return of up to two mattresses per household. For exchanges, you’ll only need to cover the price difference, and we’ll take care of any extra shipping costs. Just a heads-up: the trial period doesn’t apply to exchanged mattresses unless the original packaging is still unopened.
